Job Description As the Cash Office Responsible, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our back-of-house and cash office are both organised and finely tuned for optimal performance.
By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines, you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customer-service experiences.
Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations.
Together, we're not just running a store, but crafting an engaging and profitable store experience.
Key Responsibilities: Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience Opening and closing the store and supporting the other members of the management team when required Processing and banking daily sales Inputting payroll Taking ownership of the store audit result and training others on store operations Receiving and processing deliveries Overseeing store operations Replenishment Being a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers Qualifications For the role of Cash Office Responsible, we seek individuals who embody the spirit of Teamwork, Cost Conscious and Constant Improvement.

    What You Need to Succeed:      Knowledge You understand what makes a great customer experience Prior retail or customer-facing experience Fluent in English language Previous knowledge of cash management & payroll entry is an advantage    Motivation You enjoy working in a team and with customers You find fulfilment in routine tasks and organising yourself and others   Past Achievements        Proven experience in coaching the others on Heath and Safety, security routines Experience in store operation including store opening and closing routines, processing deliveries   Behaviour You express your opinions but are willing to accept and contribute to agreed outcomes You take initiative and personal responsibility for achieving set tasks and providing our customers with a great experience You are self-aware, understand that actions have consequences and are respectful and non-judgemental in your interactions You prioritise efficiently and adapt to sudden changes You communicate clearly and concisely You see opportunities to improve everyday processes Additional Information This is a  part -time position with a contract of 30  hours a week .
