This is an exciting opportunity for a business-focused Spanish speaker (or a professional with relevant experince) to expand the Company's agent and student networks for our prestigious UK summer programmes at centres in Oxford, Cambridge, Harrow, and Eton.
About the role You will work closely with the Head of Agent Partnerships to develop and implement full marketing and sales strategies for designated international markets.
Key responsibilities include: Devising and implementing the strategy for recruiting international students from designated regions Developing and managing the annual budget for your assigned region, ensuring that targets are achievable Analysing market trends, challenges, and opportunities to ensure strategies remain effective Working closely with agents to ensure all data in Salesforce is accurate, complete, and up to date Acting as the first point of contact for agent-related administrative issues, providing timely and accurate information to help agents successfully promote and sell our courses Representing the company at client/agent meetings, local and International exhibitions, fairs, workshops, and conferences to recruit potential students and build relationships with business partners About you: You're an enthusiastic team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment You're able to adjust your priorities in response to new information, proactively problem solving and delegating or escalating as needed You're highly organised, with strong task management skills, communication skills and great attention to detail Who we are looking for: A Spanish speaker or relevant experience and background University degree or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset Proficient in data analysis using Salesforce PowerPoint skills for creating presentations Proven success in sales and negotiation At least 1 year of experience in international student recruitment Proven experience managing B2B and account management, ideally in the education sector Experience managing fairs and events Desirable: Ability to present to both small and large groups Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables) Experience in the Summer Programmes and groups market Experience working within the International Education Sector, particularly in student recruitment What is in it for you: Professional development 25 days annual leave Flexible working and Hybrid Working arrangements Company bonus for achieving company-wide goals Application Deadline: 20th November 2024 We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis before this end date, early application is encouraged.
