This position has been established in response to the company's expansion and recent acquisitions, providing a strong platform for professional growth and development.Ideal candidates will have prior experience in supply chain management or have pursued relevant academic course.Role responsibilities of the Supplier Performance Controller include:Measure and analyst supplier performanceReview and adjust performance metrics under guidance and maintain data accuracyManage supplier continuous improvement action plansParticipate in the supplier selection process for new products and capacity expansionSupport supplier crisis managementStructure and lead supplier development plansPerson Specification of the Supplier Performance Controller:Previous experience within supply chain or has a supply chain (or relative) qualificationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitesWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Salary Up to £38kThis role offers two days a week working from home This role will be well suited to you if you have held a role within supply chain as a supply chain controller, supply chain planner, supplier controller, or supplier manager
