Senior Account Development Director – NHS Location: Surrey, SW London
Join a Leading Provider of Digital Transformation Solutions to the NHS
Our client is an innovative digital solutions provider with over 20 years of experience in empowering organizations in the NHS and social housing sectors.
Their Digital eXperience Platform (DXP) is used by over 100 organizations across the UK, delivering seamless digital experiences for both staff and customers.
Our client is looking for an ambitious Senior Account Development Director to join their NHS account management sales team.
This exciting role involves working closely with the NHS Pod to expand penetration within existing accounts (currently 60+ and growing) and engaging with C-level executives across the NHS to sell their market-leading digital transformation solutions.

Work closely with the NHS Pod to expand account penetration within existing NHS customers.
Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and reference centres from current customers to strengthen relationships and leverage these in the wider NHS.
Construct compelling business cases demonstrating ROI and leverage them for broader business use.
Negotiate complex agreements and ensure successful client onboarding and long-term relationships.

3+ years of experience in SaaS software solution sales.
~Proven track record of successful sales in complex software solutions.
~ Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to increase market share within current accounts.
~ Ability to manage the entire sales cycle: cold calls, demonstrations, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and close.
~ Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
~ Competitive base salary and uncapped commission scheme.
