Job Description Business Coordinator (1 year Fixed-Term-Contract) This is a one-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave as a Business Coordinator, starting in January 2025. Business Coordinator Responsibilities This Business Coordinator role will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to: Working with and supporting the organisation across multiple offices; Managing annual leave bookings, travel and accommodation, and ad-hoc admin; Directing all phone and email queries as well as meeting and greeting all visitors; Overall management of the office administration; Organising refreshments, ordering office supplies, and liaising with suppliers; Assisting project managers with guidance, administration, and budgeting; Business Coordinator Rewards In addition to a competitive salary, the Business Coordinator will receive a generous monthly well-being allowance, 25 days of annual leave, and the option to buy and sell days.
You will also receive private medical insurance for you and your family, income protection, life insurance, voluntary benefits, and pension contributions of up to 6%.
