Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Investran and a background in Financial Services .
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and driving the design and implementation of Investran solutions to improve operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements related to Investran system enhancements.
Process Analysis: Analyse current business processes in private equity, fund accounting, investor relations, and portfolio management, identifying areas for improvement and recommending Investran-driven solutions.
Solution Design Support: Work closely with technical teams to design Investran configurations, integrations, and reporting solutions that meet business needs.
Data Management: Support data migration, validation, and reporting processes within Investran to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business units, IT, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Testing & Validation: Develop test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful deployment of Investran solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
Change Management Support: Assist in training and change management initiatives to drive user adoption and maximize the value of Investran solutions.
Key Requirements: Technical Skills: Strong experience with Investran (including system configuration, data migration, reporting, and integration).
Deep understanding of financial services processes, particularly in private equity , fund administration , and investment management .
Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools is a plus.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
