Banking & Finance Lawyer (1-5 Pqe)

About The Firm A leading international law firm are seeking a 1-5 PQE Banking & Finance lawyer to join their growing team in London.
You will play a key role, working on a wide range of finance transactions including renewable energy financing and sports finance.
About The Role As part of the team, you will advise financial institutions (banks, development banks, funds and alternative lenders) and borrowers on a wide range of lending work, including bilateral bank lending work, sports finance (mainly football transfer receivables and media rights receivables).
This will also include exposure to acquisition finance, asset finance, real estate finance, project finance (with an emphasis on renewable energy projects).
About You: You will have 1-5 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in Banking & Finance gained from an equally leading city practice.
