BHR are currently looking for a Bank Band 4 Recruitment Advisor to join their friendly team.
As one of our Recruitment Advisors, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of activities including supporting our recruitment days and providing best practice, guidance, and advice to managers when applying our recruitment policies and procedures. You will also be expected to be a recruitment directorate lead for divisions as well as supporting colleagues within the recruitment team and recruiting managers across the Trust.
Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all medical staff groups within the Trust and providing best practice, guidance, and advice to divisions on the application of the Trust's recruitment policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Actively ensuring all vacancies are advertised on TRAC.Ensuring all candidates are recruited to Trust's Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.Ensuring compliance is always adhered to.Demonstrating efficiency and awareness of current recruitment legislation.Managing the pre-appointment checks, including IATs, DBS checks, Occupational Health clearance, and the issuing of contracts in line with statutory timescales.Posting of adverts, monitoring, and downloading from NHS Jobs.Troubleshooting and providing advice on TRAC related issues.Running directorate/departmental reports through TRAC.Essential Requirements Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with all levels of staff and suppliers.Ability to plan and prioritize workload.Able to assimilate information, think quickly, and make decisions.Previous recruitment experience and familiarity with NHS Jobs and ESR.This is a Bank role with full-time hours of 37.5.
