Basic Information Position Title - Associate Director / Director HR Manager (Generalist) – Non-Delivery Locations Experience Level - 12 to 18 years Position reports to - CHRO (India based) Job Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager (Generalist) – Non-delivery Locations to join our team.
This role will be responsible for managing and supporting the HR needs of our non-delivery locations, including our Head Office in London and global Sales teams primarily across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management with a broad set of experiences across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and training, and compliance with employment laws and practices.
Key Responsibilities Act as a general HR manager for all non-delivery locations, including our Head Office, and being a key partner to the sales leadership team globally in US, EMEA and Asia.
Coordinate with functional HR leaders in India, and each location leadership on the following areas: HR Policies & Procedures - Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to the employees and managers.
Analyse HR trends and metrics in partnership with global HR teams to develop solutions, programs, and policies Recruitment and Onboarding - Provide in-depth data of US, EMEA and Asia hiring market and trends.
Manage full cycle direct recruiting process in across locations to meet the various staffing goals in non-delivery locations, including sales and enablement teams.
Training - Implement local talent development programs, including functional, leadership and compliance training Compensation & Benefits – Support annual compensation cycles.
Oversight of local benefits.
Support a review of existing cross-border commission and incentive plans Talent Management – Support in instilling an inclusive culture in each location.
Manage performance discussions.
Manage and resolve any employee relations issues, including the management of any investigations, and advising and partnering with management in employee disciplinary cases.
Employee engagement - Plan and execute location specific employee engagement activity, such as town halls.
Assist in implementing CSR, DE&I and ESG initiatives that reflect the company's values and support the company's mission and vision.
Other - Provide appropriate integration support for any M&A activity.
Manage a network of local advisors and contractors to support HR requirements as appropriate.
Key Competencies Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in related field will be preferred.
Any HR certification will be an added advantage.
12 to 18 years of experience in HR positions, with a broad set of HR responsibilities.
Experience of managing leadership and sales business partnering will be an added advantage Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR issues, recruitment, CSR initiatives and EE/ER Analytical and goal-oriented.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
Key Role Requirements Based in London with some travel to other non-delivery locations Hybrid working with presence in the office on Tuesdays to Thursdays.
Standard office hours apply, with additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines and to respond to urgent HR issues.
