We are looking for an Area Maintenance Assistant to join our friendly and professional team.
Working across the Woking sites, you will be responsible for the preventative planned maintenance (PPM) and repair of plant and equipment including fixtures and fitting.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience within a similar role or industry with a general maintenance/repair skill set.
You will be working off your own initiative, and be able to complete and update appropriate technical records.
Undertaking repairs where appropriate, and also on occasion be available outside of business hours.
Experience or knowledge in spa pool operations and minor plumbing or electrical repairs would be advantageous but is not essential.

Requirements To maintain and operate all building services across the Woking contract and to take responsibility for the preventative planned maintenance (PPM).
Experience of working with technical plant and services is desirable.
Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service ethics.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with an essentially non-technical user base.
The post holder must have a high level of responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation.
Mobility to travel across the contract area.
