We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator with excellent customer service skills who is friendly, motivated, hard working, proactive and wishes to be part of a great team.
This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday 9am till 5pm) Duties: Acting as the first point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails.
Providing excellent customer services to leaseholders and residents.
Managing the contractors log and the log book for staff coming in and out.
Raising orders, including working out the correct allocation to the schedule and apportionment and then seeking approval.
Producing Notices and Letters Taking minutes when required at meetings.
Attending weekly staff meetings.
Registering staff sickness/absence.
Printing Reports.
Maintaining register.
Inspection of buildings Any other tasks to support the administration of the business.
