Main duties of the job Consistent provision of administration support to the team.
To ensure high standard of administrative service is consistently delivered by undertaking all required tasks and activities on a daily basis.
Tasks will include accepting patient referrals/booking clinic appointments/Patient contact via telephone/reception duties at various clinic locations/generating clinic letters.
To utilise the required technology in NEECS Community and Acute hospital systems / new technology or system (s) that are introduced and support other team members to do so to deliver an efficient administrative service.
