Administrator - Part-Time (24 Hrs Per Week)

Temporary part-time administration role in Belfats City Centre Your new role This role is with a private sector organisation based in Belfast City Centre.
In this role you will be working 24 hours per week, across 4 days.
This will be a rota based from Monday through to ; Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining records, processing applications, and handling enquiries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding service issues, providing excellent customer service and support.
Coordinate resource allocations and manage productivity levels to maximise the efficient use of resources.
Work closely with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and upkeep of company facilities Assist with billing, expenditures, and financial reporting related to resources Organise and support events and activities that enhance customer experience Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
