We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Administrator to join our team.
The HR Administrator is tasked with ensuring new practitioners currently being onboarded into the Network are verified within a timely manner and to ensure full Safer Recruitment Compliance for our Live Network of Staff.
As a team, it is important we are motivated to work towards meeting our team Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to ensure Practitioners are welcomed into the Network swiftly without undue delay.
Responsibilities: Managing incoming calls and queries from candidates and internal departments relating to DBS and Safer Recruitment and dealing with them in an efficient and personable manner.
Managing and prioritising the onboarding of new staff.
General management of all safer recruitment verification checks to include: DBS Applications, ID Verification, induction, employment reference handling and Right to Work checks.
To read and prioritise emails on a daily basis in both your own and the UK Safer Recruitment Mailbox.
To ensure that no new starter is commencing work without a complete and accurate Single Central Record entry.
To maintain all databases, systems files in line with Audit procedures and the Data Protection Act.
To support with HR administration Working in accordance with Safer Recruitment Protocols and Keeping Children Safe in Education Guidelines.
Working to team targets, deadlines, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Individual and Team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements: Knowledge of Google suite.
Knowledge of Safer Recruitment Practice.
Experience of working in education or public sector or transferable skills from similar sector such as legal, social, civil service, commercial, recruitment or health.
Experience of working in fast paced administration.
Experience of managing workload and prioritisation of tasks (or similar).
