Job Description This is a chance to join a super friendly team at a property company based in East Croydon.
You will be offering strong accurate administration support to a team of Property managers who are out on site visits so you are the contact point within the office.
You will have a friendly telephone manner and the ability to deal with tenants, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with tenants, tradespeople, solicitors and a wide range of stakeholders in a friendly and efficient manner.
You will be able to organise your workload and have strong time management skills.
Good IT skills and proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Knowledge of HORIZON/ QUBE an advantage but not essential.
• Property experience would be a definite advantage but, really good admin skills, a great attitude and customer service experience would also be considered.
9.15am - to 5.30pm based in this busy fun office every day.
The role will start as a temp assignment with the opportunity of becoming a permanent role if you both find it's working out well.
