The Existing Seller Management (ESM) Intern will play a key role in supporting the launch and management of the TBAM (Thriving Business Acceleration Mentorship) program in Vietnam.
The TBAM program is a 4-month course designed to serve 450 existing sellers in 1 year.
This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in working with an established e-commerce platform, supporting the growth and development of existing seller businesses.

Key job responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Account Managers (AMs) leading the TBAM program to develop the course content and curriculum.Leverage your understanding of sellers' businesses and needs to inform the program design and materials.Track and monitor the progress and results of the TBAM program participants.Maintain regular communication and engagement with the existing sellers enrolled in the program.Contribute to process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency of the ESM team's operations.Demonstrate a passion for technology startups and a strong analytical mindset to drive data-driven insights. Minimum Requirements: Penultimate year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, technology or a related field.Able to commit to a full-time internship for 3 months in 2025.Legally authorized to work in Vietnam. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced PowerPoint skills, including knowledge of VBA/macros and other advanced functions.Proficient in data analysis and presentation using tools like PowerPoint.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.Self-motivated, proactive, and a great team player.
