Customer Relationship Manager  Location: Portsmouth Salary: Up to £40,000 P/A and a £6k car allowance.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours, flexible between the hours of 8AM and 6PM.
Dynamite Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit a customer relationship manager , to join the business As a Customer Relationship Manager you will: Managing a portfolio of existing accounts.
Building lasting professional relationships.
Updating clients frequently via telephone, writing and in person.
Taking ownership or account issues, ensuring they are resolved by liaising with other departments internally.
Generate new business opportunities where you see an opportunity  Attend meetings/appointments with clients.
Attend exhibitions  Producing reports and providing supporting administration.
The ideal Customer Relationship  will have/be: Previous experience in a similar role where you have managed and built long standing relationships with clients.
Be organised and able to carry a heavy workload.
Excellent customer service experience.
Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel Will have excellent attention to detail.
