About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Account Executives to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of Salesforce's Digital Experience solutions.
As an Account Executive, within the Revenue & Commerce portfolio, you will identify, develop, and close deals with new and existing customers, helping them achieve their digital transformation goals through the strategic implementation of Salesforce Commerce and Revenue Cloud products.
Responsibilities: Be the subject matter and industry expert when it comes to top UK&I companies.
Own the sales cycle for including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and assistance with deal closure.
Educate the broader Account team you'll work with on all Salesforce Digital capabilities.
Create and drive revenue within a specified list of accounts.
Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting into current Salesforce customers.
Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements: Passion for selling transformative software or technology solutions to C-level executives.
You have experience in software or technology sales, account management and software sales in organizations with over 500 employees.
(For Enterprise Account Executives leading accounts with more than 2,000 employees).
You have a point of view of industry trends and you can build a narrative of digital transformation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies.
Consistent track record of sales excellence working as an Individual Contributor and working in a team environment.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment in high-growth mode.
Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships.
A results-oriented attitude with a passion for driving growth and achieving daring goals.
