This is an exciting opportunity to support the production team with the Point of Sale for M&S. Working closely with the Production Account Director and the M&S stakeholders on all campaigns and day to day activity, finance and print tests.
This role requires commitment, resilience and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting on all projects, to gather key info for briefs and lock trackers.
Assisting with our allocation tool database controlling all amends as and when is needed.
Updating Monday.com (project management tool), Media Centre (art working and print) and masie (our DAM and workflows) as needed to support the team.
General day to day administration tasks including updating cost trackers and checking / sending POD information and jobs instore reports.
PO requisition & Invoicing for artwork and print costs.
Supporting with trading responses and liaising with store comms, to ensure all deadlines are met.
Regular store visits to review implementation of POS and competitor review.
Building key relationships with client and suppliers and delivering second to none customer service.
Feeding into wash up documents and packs post campaigns launches, to improve efficiencies.
Requirements First and foremost, you should be a people person.
You should be able to demonstrate exceptional people skills and be a customer-focused fanatic You'll have an understanding of both Retail and Print Production You won't be micromanaged here, the ability to manage your own time and deliver quality with speed is essential You'll have experience working within a team and being a team player with a 'can do' attitude Attention to detail is an absolute key skill to uphold and deliver Comfortable in interacting with client and our teams back at base – whilst being part of ITG, you will also be part of the wider M&S team Benefits Work's a treat!
