The role will be in our client services team, reporting in to a senior account handler and working alongside some of the best strategists and creatives in the industry!

THE ROLE Client relationships: you'll be working with clients directly, listening to their challenges and providing agency solutions.
You will also interpret, question and challenge (where necessary) the client briefs, with support from the wider Boldspace team.
Project management: you will be the day-to-day contact (internally and client-facing) on assigned projects, managing project timelines and internal time-tracking systems.
Team management: you will strive to ensure that creative output and work align with internal and external feedback.
You will also ensure that line managers and agency leadership is kept up to speed and involved when necessary.
Financial responsibility: you will manage project financials, estimates and POs – through to reconciliation with support from wider account teams.
Systems management: we use the best tech in the business to get the job done – so you won't be doing what you'd expect from a role at a normal agency.
You'll be managing this tech so that it works best for our clients, and turning this into creative opportunity, insight and advice.
