We are thrilled to be recruiting an experienced Account Director with solid integrated marketing, rights management and major events experience to join our team and play an instrumental role in managing two of our accounts.
The current portfolio of clients includes a leading Gaming and Entertainment brand working in football (UEFA Champions League) and a global FMCG client involved in World Rugby (Women's Rugby World Cup).
You will lead the expert delivery of TTL campaigns and activation across integrated channels including but not limited to guest experiences, experiential and content.
From day one, you'll be tasked with building and leveraging multiple client relationships at all levels, so experience of complex stakeholder management is essential.
Alongside this, you'll work closely with our various specialisms and departments including Creative, Hospitality/Experiences, Live Production and Content Production, so you'll need to possess a strong understanding and appreciation of creative, hospitality/guest experience and production processes and outputs.
To your team of direct reports, you'll provide strong leadership and direction, accompanied with a supportive and nurturing approach to enable your team to thrive and produce the best possible work.
Leading by example, you'll inspire the team to meet your own high standards.
Across the rest of the agency, you'll manage and galvanise multi-discipline teams to deliver client projects to the highest possible standard.
