Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Youth Worker for a Local Authority Client based in East London.
In this role, you will lead the organisation and promotion of the Enfield Youth Election, engaging young candidates, coordinating skill-building workshops, and driving community awareness both online and in local spaces.
About the role: You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives: Organise and oversee the Enfield Youth Election process from start to finish.
Design and implement a comprehensive promotion strategy across online platforms, schools, and community spaces.
Identify, recruit, and onboard youth candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the election process.
Oversee the creation and publication of candidates' campaign materials, ensuring they are shared across social media, school channels, and community networks Assist candidates in developing compelling manifestos and campaign videos to communicate their goals.
About you: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience in organising and coordinating events, campaigns, or community projects, preferably with a focus on youth engagement.
Experience working with young people or community groups.
Familiarity with creating and managing content for online platforms, including video production, social media content, and basic graphic design.
