)     Position : Year 3 Class Teacher  Location : Grays  Salary : £125 - £240 per day (£24,375 - £46,800), depending on experience and qualifications!  Contract Type : Full-time (part time available)   Start date : January   Key Responsibilities:  Curriculum Delivery: As a Year 3 Class Teacher you will plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum, fostering a love for learning among students.    Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged appropriately.    Classroom Management: As a Year 3 Class Teacher you will create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to achieve their best.    Assessment and Feedback: Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies as necessary.    Collaborative Planning: As a Year 3 Class Teacher you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and initiatives that enhance the overall learning experience for students.    Parental Engagement: Establish open and effective communication channels with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and opportunities for parental involvement.    Qualifications and Skills:  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) , preferably with experience teaching in KS2.  Thorough understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment requirements.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.  Creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a passion for delivering high-quality education.  Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive school culture.    What We Offer:    Competitive pay rates  Access to CPD training library with over £8000 worth of courses, at GSL we support your professional development!  A supportive and collaborative work environment  Opportunities for continuous professional development and advancement  An opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives    Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that  successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.   If you are interested in this role, please click 'apply now' to submit your full and up-to-date CV, and one of our dedicated consultants will be in touch within 24 hours.
