We're urgently seeking x4 Product Managers to join our elite team.
With offices in Bristol, Dorset, Southampton, and Somerset, this is a rare chance to be part of a revolutionary venture.
This role is remote, with all travel expenses fully covered for occasional trips to these locations.
About the Role As a Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of our product development, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create ground-breaking products that drive business growth.
You will lead the charge in developing a strategic product vision, crafting impactful Power BI dashboards, and embedding user interactions directly into the product.
Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Collaboration Product Vision and Strategy Customer-Centric Development Requirement Definition Lifecycle Management Performance Tracking and Improvement Collaborative Development: Partner with Design and Engineering teams to ensure seamless product creation and alignment across all stakeholders.
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and market trends.
Customer Insight: Engage with users and stakeholders to shape product features based on real-world needs and feedback.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
Performance Metrics: Set and track KPIs to measure success, refining products using data-driven insights.
Desired Experience Product Management: 3-7 years of experience, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment.
Market Led: Proven experience in leveraging research to understand market problems, building product direction based on quantifiable measures.
Roadmap Management: Strong ability to define and manage product backlogs and roadmaps.
Prioritisation: Experience prioritising features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business value.
Requirements: A history of creating clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria, that breaks larger initiatives into multiple value increments.
Business Fit: An understanding / experience writing business cases to drive new initiatives.
Post-launch Analysis: Proven experience collecting and analysing data post-launch to measure success and identify areas for improvement / iteration.
Market-Driven: Ability to leverage market research to guide product direction.
Roadmap & Prioritization: Expertise in managing roadmaps and prioritizing features.
Customer-Centric Design: Strong grasp of user experience principles.
Technical Acumen: Familiar with software development and able to collaborate with engineers.
Agile Methodologies: Experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
