Workshop Assembler

We are looking for a Workshop Assembler to join our team on a full-time, staff basis, based at our Altens, Aberdeen branch.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): Machining of Junction Boxes and Control Stations.
Assembly of Junction Boxes and Control Stations.
Checking of paperwork.
Logging of serial numbers into the computer system.
Inspection of Junction Boxes and Control Stations.
Ensuring workshop stock is maintained at appropriate levels.
Maintenance and general tidiness of the Workshop Area.
Assist within the Warehouse as and when required.
Skills & Knowledge Required: Basic Ex/ATEX Principles knowledge (training will be provided).
Competency to assemble all manufacturer's products (training will be provided).
Good all-around knowledge of Electrical/Cable products (ongoing training will be provided).
Previous experience is preferred.
However, consideration will be given to candidates looking for a Trainee opportunity.
