Job summary This is a very exciting opportunity to join our friendly and professional team of Workforce Coordinators in Division D. The team provide recruitment and workforce admin support to managers and staff in the Division.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in working with people and at the same time will have excellent admin, organisation and communication skills.
You will work with a broad range of managers and departments so you will need to be extremely organised, approachable and flexible.
Main duties of the job To undertake all administration in relation to the personnel processes.
Provision of a comprehensive recruitment service from advert to appointment ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely manner and maintaining strong relationships with recruiting managers, finance and the wider workforce team.
Expert source within the Division providing recruitment & selection advice to recruiting managers and to escalate concerns in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate records and movements of staff within establishment and supporting with the onboarding processes.
