Job summary Reporting into the Director of Clinical Services (DoCS), this role will be responsible for managing the ward rosters for Nurses & HCA's, including booking overtime, bank workers and agency workers to ensure shifts are safely staffedThere is the opportunity to have this as a hybrid role with 1 or 2 days at home.
Main duties of the job Ensuring that the Priory internal rostering system is updated for all the wards in the hospitalEnsuring permanent employees are rostered a minimum 4-6 weeks in advanceObtain Bank worker availabilitySite liaison for temporary agency bookingsEnsure all hours are updated on the system in line with payroll About us Our Grade II listed hospital building is set in extensive grounds, just off the M32 and less than three miles from the centre of Bristol, with free on-site parking.
We offer 77 beds over seven wards, providing a wide range of services, including Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU), eating disorders, acute care, rehab and recovery.
