What are they looking for?
They currently have a warm desk that is already fee-generating within Procurement.
In a nutshell, the desk recruits within the public sector for those who decide on Government funding.
For anyone who has experience recruiting within professional services - be it legal, A&F, insurance, or HR- this may be a step in the right direction for you!
The roles are mostly interim positions, but somebody from a temp or perm background will be considered.
All that matters is that you have a hunger for success and a clear understanding of the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, understanding their needs and requirements.
Utilise a variety of sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
What skills do I need?
Strong knowledge/experience of 360 agency recruitment - preferably within Professional Services Computer Literate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
