Main duties of the job As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being.
You will work to understand the needs of the residents and promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfillment for all.
Your duties will include identifying residents' life histories and preferences, planning monthly activity and wellbeing plans, organizing events and outings, and maintaining a safe and positive environment.

Planning and submitting to the Home Manager- a monthly activity and wellbeing plan and a weekly overview.
Arranging activities, events, and outings, encouraging the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors.
