Weighbridge Operator £32.5k (Days) Milton, Cambridgeshire Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge in the environmental sector?
We are hiring for a Weighbridge Operator at a Milton Landfill Site.
This role combines administration with operational duties, ensuring the smooth running of weighbridge activities.
Key Responsibilities: Weighing in and out of waste vehicles, entering details into the 'Gladis' Weighbridge System.
Monitoring Waste Transfer Notes and EWC code usage.
Assisting the Site Manager in completing and populating reports.
Inducting site users into site safety procedures.
Managing efficient weighbridge operations while providing excellent customer service.
Performing housekeeping duties within weighbridge office and site facilities.
Supporting site purchasing and ensuring front-of-house operations run safely and smoothly.
Requirements: Previous administration experience is essential for this role.
Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and organisation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
