The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1-1 Teaching Assistant to join the school's dynamic team on a full-time basis.
This is a temporary TA position starting in September 2024.
The successful TA will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
TA - Key Responsibilities: Supporting class teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons.
Leading small group interventions and providing one-on-one support to students as needed.
Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning activities.
Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
About You: Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
