Key Responsibilities Strategic Vision: Shape and steer the strategic direction of HSC within our curriculum, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to integrate innovative business education across the school.
Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with Subject Coordinators and colleagues across disciplines to foster a culture of collaboration and shared success.
Teaching Excellence: Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that ignite curiosity and encourage critical thinking, setting the standard for teaching excellence in HSC.
Resource Management: Oversee department resources, ensuring efficient, sustainable, and impactful use of the budget to support a vibrant learning environment.
Student Progress & Assessment: Monitor and assess student performance, using data-driven insights to provide tailored support and ensure every student achieves their full potential.
