Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
Train and mentor staff on SEN best practices.
Experience and Qualifications: Qualified SENCO with experience in managing SEN provision.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
In-depth knowledge of SEN policies and best practices.
DBS check required.
