Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive and based on experience

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
Adapt teaching materials and strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
A relevant qualification in education or SEN support is advantageous.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to changing needs and work effectively under pressure.
A commitment to continuous professional development.
