Position: English Early Career Teacher (ECT)

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated English ECT to join our vibrant English Department.
You will receive comprehensive support and professional development opportunities to help you excel in your teaching career.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to take ownership of their learning.
Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the development of the English curriculum and share best practices.
Participating in school-wide activities and contributing to the broader school community.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in reflective practice.
