Job Description Job Title: Warranty Administrator Full time - Permanent Monday-Friday Salary - £25,750 Bolton Job Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team!
This position is well suited to someone already in the motor trade looking to further their career.
Based within the Service department, you will report to the Service Manager and work closely with all areas of Service to achieve the needs and objectives of the business, overseeing all warranty claims and payments.
Responsibilities: \n Manage the warranty function, ensuring claims are processed in the optimum timeframe, meeting both manufacturer and customer standards.
Knowledge of the 3 'c's: concern/cause/cure would be an advantage.
\n Ensure full accountability and compliance of parts and labour claimed under warranty and professionally manage any campaigns/recalls to minimise customer inconvenience.
\n Drive the warranty function forward through development, communication, and implementation of a clear, proactive approach.
\n Systems used include: Keyloop (Kerridge), Sagai, RTC, 1 Link, PSA Service Box.
