Temp to perm opportunity On-site Parking Canteen Day to Day Duties  Completing reports such as; daily, weekly, or periodic loss and delivery reports  Provide administrative support to the Logistics Management Team when needed  Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues  Support the Management Team when needed  Directing and prioritizing orders  Schedule deliveries Essential Skills  Minimum of one year experience as an Administrator  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word  Good numeracy and literacy skills  The ability to plan your work diary, use your initiative and meet deadlines Desirable Experience  Experience working as an Administrator is essential.
