Support workers are the key to providing outstanding care and we are looking for vibrant, resilient and committed people to join our small team in Winsford.
Night shifts are worked on a rolling rota as part of a rotating staff team.
Part-Time hours availableJob OpportunityAs a key member of the team you will:·        Assist the wider team in implementing positive behaviour plans and routines for our young people·        Use strategies to promote healthy sleep and wake patterns.·        Help the young people to meet their personal care needs.·        Directly support the young people during the night, when required.Essential Skills Be compassionate and understanding. Dynamic problem solver who can work well under pressure.Effective verbal and listening skills.Excellent time management and communication skill.Please note you must be 23 years old to meet our Ofsted regulatory requirements.The description is not intended as a total definition of the post, only an outline of the duties involved.
