Please note this position is for a fixed term period to January 2026 Primary Responsibilities Include   ·         Ensure that the Restaurant is appropriately set up and everything is in line with Le Manoir standards of excellence ·         Provide excellent communication with your team, your seniors, kitchen and other departments ·          Deliver a personalised, instinctive and understated service to ensure that excellence exists in everything we do.
·         Demonstrate promptness, anticipation and organisation to deal with the different aspects of each service ·         Embrace feedback and improve yourself by seeking the views of others around you, and by respecting and following the standards of excellence/LQA/AA/Forbes and work towards always increasing the score ·         Have a good understanding of all dishes and ingredients, and gain confidence in service      About Us      Experience the best gardens and gastronomy in the English countryside.
