Who Are You?
* Excellent background working in luxury or fine dining restaurants to ensure optimal service * Ideally have a strong understanding of Steaks to fully understand the product * Possesses an excellent command of written and spoken English.
* Is highly customer-focused, viewing any complaint as an opportunity to enhance the guest experience.
* Communicates in a friendly yet professional manner.
What Does the Role Entail?
As a Waiter, your responsibilities will include: * Greeting and introducing guests to the Specials, daily and seasonal menu items whilst providing expert recommendations * Answer any and all questions the customers may have whilst on service * Serve food and beverages * Ensure food looks presentable and serve * Make sure guests are satisfied with both meals and service throughout * What Is On Offer?
