Trailblazers Mentoring is a charity that supports people in prison and we are looking for mentors for HMP YOI Isis in Woolwich.
Since 1998, we have been providing mentoring and practical support to around 1130 people a year in an effort to reduce reoffending rates and to help our mentees to find a new direction in life.

We are looking for:
Mentor volunteers who are able to provide weekly 1:1 mentoring support for men in prison and after their release People who want to be positive role models and to help young men to transform their lives as they transition back into the community Those able to make a commitment to a mentee for up to 6 months in the prison and up to 12 months in the community Volunteers who want to make a positive contribution to their community and live with a 30 mile radius of the prison in Woolwich What we can offer:
