We're seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant with at least one year of experience in an administrative or support role.

Role Overview : As our Virtual Assistant, you'll work closely with our team to manage and maintain the CRM database, assist in lead generation, and handle scheduling and diary coordination.
Previous CRM experience isn't essential, but we're looking for someone with a strong administrative background, keen organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities : CRM Management : Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client and contact details.
Track client interactions and maintain data accuracy across the pipeline.
Perform data entry, record-keeping, and routine database clean-ups.
Lead Generation : Research potential clients and leads, identifying and logging relevant contact information.
Prepare lead lists and track follow-up tasks for the team.
Support with email templates, automated messaging, and follow-up responses.
Diary Management : Schedule and coordinate meetings for team members, resolving any conflicts.
Prepare daily and weekly agendas to ensure clear communication on priorities.
Confirm meeting locations, times, and necessary materials.
Additional Tasks : Organise documents, update internal records, and create summary reports as needed.
Assist with internal communications and team operations.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
Skills and Experience Required : Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Experience: Ideally in data management, client support, or lead generation.
Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Digital Tools: Comfortable with data entry and familiar with software like Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
CRM experience is beneficial but not required.
Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Time Management: Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines independently.
