What you'll do Our Travel, Hospitality & Leisure (THL) team works with healthy, under-performing and distressed companies across a variety of urgent, high impact situations.
We help clients deliver significant improvement in business performance and enterprise value across all subsectors within the THL industry through five key areas: revenue and margin growth, cost optimisation, cash management, technology transformation, and organisational effectiveness.

What you'll need Recent consulting experience with a recognised consulting firm (prior consulting experience required)A strong consulting toolkit and project experience across a range of clients and situationsSpecific project delivery experience in operational improvement, which should include at least two of the following areas:Commercial (strategy, offering, pricing, distribution channels, marketing, customer contact centres)Organisation (headcount optimisation and reduction, target operating models, organisational design)Direct and indirect procurementBasic understanding of the systems used by THL companiesExperience in one or more of the sub-sectors within the Travel, Hospitality and Leisure industry (travel operators, cruise lines, hospitality/hotel groups, restaurant/pub chains, gaming, out-of-home entertainment)Demonstrable track record in achieving implementation oriented, qualitative solutionsDeep understanding of business issues and the ability to communicate them effectively to internal team leaders and clientsWillingness to develop professionally and personally by working in high-impact situations under time-pressureOutstanding analytical and critical thinking skills along with strong financial literacy and data analysis skillsPassion for the THL industryExcellent relationship management with key stakeholders while achieving resultsExcellent written, verbal, organizational, and executive-level presentation skillsFluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageousWillingness to travel, sometimes at short noticeEducation Requirements Master's degree and/or an MBA, and evidence of a strong academic recordA degree in Business, Finance or Engineering is preferable but not essentialIn addition to a positive workplace, the firm offers a comprehensive compensation package including an excellent benefit program (health, vision, dental, disability, tuition reimbursement).
