Job Details Veterinary Secretary Website: Closing Date for Applicants: Friday 13th December 2024 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Secretary at our busy ambulatory Equine Veterinary Practice based on the Surrey/Sussex border.The successful candidate will be:Extremely well organisedAble to communicate with all levels of staffBe able to prioritise a busy workload for yourselfResponsibilities of the role includes: Answering telephone callsBooking appointmentsUpdating client recordsAssisting clients with insurance claim formsAssisting vets and liaising with referral hospitalsThis role is full time - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with a Saturday morning 9am to 1pm on a 1 in 4 rota basis.Potential candidates should reside within reasonable distance of our new office in Ockley.
Role available from January 2025.Equine knowledge is essential to this role and a keen interest in horses is advantageous.Car driver essential due to remoteness from public transport.
