Job DescriptionVehicle Progressor / Coordinator required by my Motor Garage Dealership based in the Weybridge area of Surrey.Job Role – Vehicle Progressor / CoordinatorJob Location – Weybridge, SurreySalary – £ 23,460kMonday to Friday 8am – 6pm1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 1pm (paid as overtime)Vehicle Progressor Role: Vehicle preparation and collectionTreating customers in a professional and courteous manner at all timesCommunicating effectively about vehicle progression and achievement of agreed delivery schedulesKeeping Sales Executives informed of delivery changesLiaising with the workshop during preparation of vehicles to gain authorisation for remedial work and rectifying any outstanding issuesTimely and accurate document preparationChecking vehicles on delivery to the site for all paperwork, keys, book packs and navigation discsInspecting and approving the vehicle prior to hand over to the Sales Executive, highlighting any issues immediately for rectification prior to delivery of vehicle to customerLiaising with sales administration in order to progress any special requests for cherished plate transfers or specific registration numbers Daily management of the valeting diary About you:Previous experience as a Vehicle Progressor, Coordinator, Car Park Host, Forecourt Attendant within a Motor GarageProfessional appearance & EnthusiasticExcellent communication skillsFull driving license
