Overview This role is a first point of contact for all company HR administrative queries and as such is accountable for maintaining accurate and up to date records for all HR related systems and processes, whilst also providing accurate and timely quantitative and qualitive analysis and HR management reports.Salary: £25,000 to £27,000The Role Updating HR documents and employee records in the company HR software systemAdministration of training, recruitment, promotion and probation processesAll on-boarding and induction activitiesUpdate the payroll department and line managers regarding any changes to employee records and/or T&C'sAdministration of all sickness and other absence recordsProducing ad-hoc reports and statistics to assist with tasks such as annual bonus payments and annual pay reviewsMonitoring HR metrics and producing regular HR reportsAssisting with the administration/delivery of HR projectsAssist with HR-related issuesOwn and administer the employee wellbeing offeringsOther administrative task as required The PersonQualifications Educated to A-Level or recognised equivalent Experience Previous administrative experienceProfessional and Personal SkillsAbility to work under pressure and often with conflicting prioritiesGood interpersonal and communication skills both written and verballyAble to use all required Microsoft tools effectivelyExceptional organisational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office
