Manufacturing Engineer Vanta Staffing Reading are recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to work for our prestigious client based in the West ByFleet area.
The client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer.

Requirements of a Manufacturing Engineer: Work with the operations team to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing processes.
Experienced in implementing modern manufacturing methods (Six sigma, Lean Manufacturing) and effectively apply them to reduce lead times and subsequently improve quality, on-time delivery and cost to the customer.
Continuously work to reduce the levels of process scrap and rework through improved workflow techniques based on root cause analysis data (ideally 8D problem solving technique).
Details: Salary: £40,000-£45,000 Bereavement Leave Location: West Byfleet Duration: Permanent Role of a Manufacturing Engineer: Preparation/updating of new/existing manufacturing process documentation (SOP's) and associated tooling required for product manufacture.
Implement , Control and managing of ECR's, NPIV's AP's & PFR'sDesign and control of process data, jigs & fixtures & packing specifications Works within company guidelines and contributes to their development, the objective being to maximise company efficiency whilst meeting customer requirements.
