The successful Head Chef will be responsible for; Managing the entire kitchen operations Ensure all members of the brigade are performing assigned duties & creating high class hot & cold foods Training junior members of the brigade mentoring on cooking practices Managing stock levels Support back office functions were needed Completing admin functions where needed Working the companies hours; Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm + occasional weekend work for special functions This is a phenomenal contract caterer offering sound career progression and a fun, professional working environment.
