We are looking for a Skin Care Ambassador ideally situated in the Berkshire region.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and deliver a thorough understanding of the Germaine de Capuccini brand and its rituals.
- Deliver high quality product knowledge and build relationships with customers and team members to guide them with brand knowledge.
- Support and motivate a team by personally having a positive, can-do attitude.
- Achieve monthly retail targets, and lead by example, and regularly running incentive ideas.
- Promote a culture of high standards of cleanliness within the department.
Monitoring daily completion of cleaning tasks and supporting daily set up within the environment.
- Ensure stock is presented well at all times, and display visual merchandising, to work alongside the annual marketing plan and in line with the guidance of the internal marketing team.
- Weekly/monthly stock ordering to requirements to achieve sell out and targets.
- Commit to ensuring treatments are delivered to the highest possible standards by completing regular assessments of team members.
- Maintain communication with line manager in internal management team.
- Act as an ambassador of a global brand, delivering treatments to influencers, and VIP's.
- Administrative duties will include maintaining a daily calendar, monitoring and reporting sales for all staff.
Use of Microsoft Office, along with other administrative requirements, is key to the role.
Assisting with customer transactions.
- Responsible for maintaining a high standard of treatment hygiene within the treatment environment.
- To be flexible and always prepared to support the business needs when required.
- Support at customer and industry events.
Experience and qualifications required - A minimum of 2-year experience within the Beauty/Spa/ retail industry as a therapist.
- Trained face and body therapist up to NVQ Level 3 /City & Guilds or equivalent - Advanced electrical treatment training preferred but not essential.
- NVQ / City and Guild Level 2 with 2 years experience also considered.
- Strong retail experience.
- Confident with IT including power point/outlook/excel.
