We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retention Growth Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead and execute our retention strategy during a 10 month fixed term contract.

You will be key to driving growth from our existing customers, using your skills in retention & CRM strategy, execution, segmentation and database growth.

Tasks Content creation & strategy Contribute to and implement the overall creative and social media content strategy, ensuring alignment with TALA brand guidelines and business objectives.
Develop concepts and execute social-first content campaigns across key channels to drive KPIs (engagement, reach, and growth).
Attend campaign shoots, generate shot-lists in response to briefs set by the Head of Socials and channel owners; capture high-quality content (statics + videos) and edit content promptly to best practice and in line with brand guidelines.
Remain agile and be prepared to capture content at short notice using your creativity to find the most aesthetic locations to produce high-quality content.
Be the aesthetic guardian of our social channels Create compelling customer-facing copy for our campaigns on our social channels, tailoring to each channels needs Confident in front of the camera, excited & passionate to talk about the product to the TALA audience.
Trends & insights Stay ahead of the latest social-first trends, tools and best practices to drive a social-first culture to maximise the impact of TALA's content.
Support and contribute to our weekly & quarterly reports on the live content trends of our social channels to drive our KPI's improvement - engagement, reach and growth.
Requirements You will bring At least 3-4 years of professional social media experience across Instagram and TikTok, but other social channels are a plus.
You must be a creative thinker and communicator, proficient in idea generation and visualisation, display high taste levels in line with the brand, and show a deep understanding of how to achieve this.
Excellent knowledge of current trends is crucial.
Proven experience in creating high quality static and video content for Instagram and TikTok self sufficiently.
You will need to be comfortable in multiple content settings (behind and in front of the camera), including directing/shooting talent.
We'll want to see examples of what you can do, from ideation to filming to editing.
Highly skilled in editing software such as CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, you'll be confident with simple graphic design to guidelines.
Be comfortable working in a start-up environment: working quickly with available resources.
Have the agility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changes in art direction and project execution.
Be driven, flexible, and proactive with a positive can-do attitude with excellent communication and organisation skills.
